✦ Your order begins once payment is made in full—we will email a confirmation along with your invoice and collection details.
✦ Butterflies can be collected one or two days before your release if needed.
✦ Full release instructions come with your butterflies.
✦ For a successful release, the weather should be 17°C or warmer. If it is cooler, simply open the boxes and let each butterfly take flight in its own time. Please note: we cannot offer refunds for bad weather.
✦ Monarchs are naturalised to this area and will continue a natural lifespan of around six months after release.
